Hello there! I’m Corey.

I specialize in newborn, child, and family fine art portraiture. I have been photographing families in the Charlotte, Lake Norman and Hickory areas for the past 6 years.

I have always been an artistic person and I even majored in fine arts in college. After I had my two children I couldn’t stop taking their pictures. It soon evolved into a business and I have grown so much since I first picked up a camera. For each session I want parents to fall in love with the images they receive. I want to make each session personalized and perfect for you. Making the session fun for both parents and children is really important to me. I may act silly or even embarrass myself a little— but it’s all worth it to get those genuine smiles and gestures that parents love. I absolutely adore babies (in fact this job lets me get that baby fever out of the way— My husband thanks you!). Each little face is so unique and I love watching parents google over their little miracle! Not only are these babies so precious to their parents but also to me! Seeing a newborn come into my studio is like Christmas morning.

Time is truly fleeting and as a photographer I want to capture those precious and sometimes forgotten moments. I have always been a sentimental person who loves looking back of old portraits and videos of my own childhood and of course my own children. Each image brings back a memory of a time that has passed. How wonderful it is to be able to keep a glimpse of these treasured moments forever!
